With a background in customer relations, I was on the front lines of interacting and catering to the needs of customers. My prior experience as a Customer Relations Manager granted access to customer feedback which helped me realize the unlimited possibilities of improving customer experience with the help of UX design.
I believe the properties of a great product is data-driven and centered around the user's experience. I find joy in looking through interview results to better understand the inner workings of the users to find unique solutions to their specific wants and needs.
In my free time, I enjoy painting, cuddling with my dog and traveling browsing travel videos on Youtube.
